My boy (when he was mobile) would climb up on my bed every night and sleep by my feet. I was having terrible anxiety and had awful anxiety dreams. He would come and softly boop me awake when I was having a bad one. He’s just the sweetest.

Bunnies are extraordinary, and more empathetic than people give them credit for. Our first bun, LB, jumped all the barriers to get upstairs and lay with my wife on the bed for 4 hours because she’d had a huge argument with her family and was deeply upset. She made my wife feel so much better just by lying next to her. We don’t deserve bunnies. 😭🥰🐰

I love when my buns comfort me during hard times. Who says these little balls with ears can’t sense emotions 💜
I feel like they are more in tune than we know. I know when my last girl passed she waited for me to get home and see her one last time. Not even 10 minutes afterwards, she passed. She waited to see me one last time and I love her even more for her having done that.
Buns are more empathetic than they want us to know, but if their nom deliverer is feeling sad, it’s a buns duty to comfort them.

Bunnies know you are sad. When I had my bubu, I had just gotten out of a one-sided toxic relationship that encompassed what I thought was my prime years.
I was sitting on the sofa in his room silently ugly crying and he was running around doing his thing.
He jumped on the sofa and got next to me and flipped and allowed me to pet him. He never had done that before.

Bunnies are so compassionate. I remember my friend was crying and my baby came upto her to console her.

I know they can be moody little creatures but I’m sure that in their own way they know when you’re struggling. I’m glad that being blessed with the presence those stinky little feet 😂 and fluffy bum was able to make you feel better. ❤️🩹
I remember being really upset and going to my bun for comfort… she ran under her hut and thumped at me. Never felt so neglected.
Now you have to learn how to subconsciously pet her while you’re asleep. My bun trained me to do that on the couch.
