I posted yesterday about the two domestic rabbits that showed up in my yard a few weeks ago. You guys were awesome and gave me tons of info. I got in contact with a bunny rescue near where I am and I’m now a bunny dad. They are told me how to get them in cat carriers and I’ll being bringing them in for medical treatment and to get fixed. The nonprofit is going to provide all the necessary stuff to take care of them( indoors ) and teach us how to care for them. Thanks again bunny family!

I found my bun and he is the single greatest addition to my life. Bunnies have personalities, quirks and habits and they will make you giggle every day with some funny thing they do.

Thank you so much for saving them! Sadly, they were most likely gifts for a kid who got tired of them and they got dumped, thank goodness they found you!
Wow. I never heard of an organization that would do that , but that is awesome. Better to use the funds and help set up foster housing, hopefully permanent , than to say “Sorry we have no room.”

As a person who has gone out and rescued bunnies I am so very grateful to you. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen idiots dump rabbits after they got them for Easter for their stupid lackluster children, and then once they realized how detailed it is to take care of bunnies they dump them. It’s heartbreaking. So thank you so much for rescuing these creatures I wish that I could help you in some way. I’m just so grateful

This is wonderful! My boyfriend and I were just in a similar situation. We fostered a baby domestic bunny that was left outside of our house as well. Bunnies are awesome! I had no idea. Can’t imagine myself not having one in our family now

Sounds like those bunnies picked the right yard! Thank you so much for taking them in. They can be difficult and expensive, but they have amazing personalities and will bring a lot of smiles and laughs to your home. Learning about proper diet and how to properly build trust with them will be important at first.
