My 10 month old rabbit, Ollie, has been displaying some strange behaviour that I can’t seem to understand or stop.
I have a cage set up where his litter box, food bowel and water bowel sit and for some reason, he keeps on spraying and pooping in that spot and it all ends up in his water bowel and on the walls.
Before he got desexed, he would poop everywhere and specifically pee in that corner. Post op, he’s been so good and has stopped pooping everywhere else BUT keeps going back to this spot to do it.
Is this him being territorial? How do I get him to stop?

You should put his litter box there and move the food. He’s chosen that spot as the bathroom, it’s his, you can’t change him. Rabbits seem snootier than cats sometimes.
