Hey I found this rabbit outside my apartments he was there few days I realized oh he isnt wild cause I went up and petted him. Now he is with a friend who knows how to care for a rabbit and away from my cats. We need to know if he is a gaint rabbit or not.

That’s an American Chinchilla rabbit. I’ve got one. Super chill and very friendly. That bunny might get bigger, but not giant like a Flemish. Thanks for the rescue!

Not I a giant breed. The ear size and over all body proportions look like a medium to large breed (giant have a semi-arch type, this rabbit looks to have a commercial type). Definitely a mixed breed, both the color (agouti) and the over all size/look.

Thanks for the help! We are trying to find him a proper home I have no knowledge in bunnies and he seems a-bit traumatized from his last home. Im worried about his health.

Last update! I gave him to a adoption center I had got one of my cats from, they dont euthanize animals they are very friendly. If you’re in the fairfax area he is at the local aspca 🥹 I really miss him which I could have kept him maybe in the future I’ll try to get a rabbit if my own
