No it’s because she likes it. When one bunny walks up to another bunny and wants affection or grooming they put their head down. It’s sort of a bonding thing, and it shows that it feels good too. Your bunny is chill and relaxing and so happy with the way that you’re petting him ❤️❤️
Oh and if they stay in that position after you’ve stopped petting them it generally means they want you to keep petting them LOL
because bun is loving the pets and wants more!!!! like another commenter said, it’s how they ask for grooming and affection from other buns. you’re doing a good job 🙂
