i put that cage top near the door to take it out (crow cover for baby plants) and first one rabbit annexed it, then a second. if theres discomfort, even the slightest, it must be annexed

Omg i never thought of using old rabbit cages for my plants – you are a genius! Even if it didn’t exactly work out for you haha
They seem to like snuggly little places. Bunnies are like “I want be able to run everywhere, but sometimes I just want a cozy little spot with four walls close around me.” Mine do it all the time. They are the masters of getting into tight spots. I think it makes them feel secure to snuggle up in a tight spot but still know they can leave it when they’re ready.
