Every 4/5 weeks, Teddy seems to have these spells where he seems to be ‘uncomfortable’, constantly moving around and pushing his stomach into the ground, then urinates, then gets back up moves around and repeats. He looks to be in some kind of pain or discomfort, it usually lasts 2ish hours, then he starts eating and is back to normal. He has had gut issues previously and I don’t think this is that. Anyone else had a bunny display similar symptoms and managed to figure it out? Thanks.

Is it possible to capture some of the urine in a place that doesn’t quickly absorb it? I’m thinking along the bladder sludge lines…he eventually passes a painful bit (or quantity) until it builds up again.
It’s pretty unique looking if you can capture some urine from this.
Alternatively, your exotics vet can do a bladder express and/or x-rays which may show the calcium rich sludge.
Try this. Also be more strict with his diet. Lay off treats for a while.
