recorded 7.24.2026. Jasmine is a fun little bun! She’s a little over a month old and is becoming friendlier each time I see her. She recently started eating a new treat for our resident wild bunnies: granola – a tip I got from new friend @RabbitRockMusic. And she loves it! Like her sister Nola, the first to eat the sweet treat. In this video she comes up for a blueberry (cut the time on her eating it) and granola bits. Then she keeps coming back to try and nibble my fingers! I love feeling her soft chin and mouth and her gentle nips don’t hurt, but I still pull away…just in case.
All the special babies born this year are getting grain names. Jasmine is named for Jasmine rice. I don’t know for certain who her mama is, she and her siblings (including Nola) started popping out by our apple trees and I never saw anyone nurse them. It’s been a very strange year here when it comes to mamas, but I believe this litter belongs to Peaches, my favorite bun born last year. They certainly behave like Peaches! Which is a delight!

It’s Friyay! Going to try to share Shorts of the current fun babies here now that I’m done posting the “heart healers.” I still have lots of Miracle footage, but she’s not super fun yet, just super cute. Meanwhile there are 3+ baby bunnies taking berries from my hand and being very playful…like Jasmine here. Wishing you all a wonder-filled weekend 🥰
