my two bunnies have had about 75% of my open plan living room to free roam since we got them last year. we have fences that block off the area with our monstera plant and tv wires. today, they managed to pull the fences down and get into this space when no one was in the room with them! I managed to get them out, but now they're just chewing at the bars, they seem so desperate to get to this new area they've just discovered.
I feel bad but we only close them off as I'm worried they'll chew the wires, but also we have this monstera which I know isn't good for rabbits. if I find a new place to put the plant, does anyone have any tips on how to make a living space rabbit-safe so they don't chew wires or get behind the tv?!
