So, i live in a rural area in mexico. Went to the vet and fell in love with this smug bunny because it reminded me of the bunnies I see when I go to the mountains and that
I bought it and it is pretty skittish, throws his pellets, eats my salads, loves dandelion and loves kids but I noticed he has a shorter furr, and his skittish nature, the black tip on gis ears, the white tail, the nape of his neck being kind of orange the eyes. I've had bunnies before and they're not like that
I'm starting to think the vet juet grabbed it from the nearby mountains and gave it to me. I have a kind of farm, should i let him there or just, keep it?, the smug thing has claimed everthing on my room and life now, my room, my house, my fridge, my garden and it doesn't really bothers me. At leat i hsve someone to share my lettuce but i don't think it is right to just keep a wild animal. It's not the first time it happens, there are birds that come to my house and blend in with the chickens, and other animals like hares and a fox. I'm genuinely terrified, aren't wild animals supposed to be scared of humans?, maybe this bunny will integrate with the other wild rabbits in there
