Bonded rabbits fighting after vet visit?

We have two bonded sisters, Winnie (white) & Bramble (brown). They're 5 years old (today!), both spayed. They free roam our living room and have a "pen" set up where we keep food and drink and hiding places for them.

Yesterday we took Winnie to the vet because she's been having some trouble eating (she has some spurs that need burring). We took her with Bramble, as advised by the Blue Cross whom we adopted them from about a year ago. Everything seemed to go well and they were sharing the crate well. We're administering Winnie with painkillers as per vet's advice and this has brought her appetite back.

Since getting home, Bramble has become extremely territorial, chasing Winnie excessively and nipping at her fur. This is happening inside and outside of the pen. Bramble is usually the "dominant" bunny anyway, so a little bit of this behaviour is normal for them, but it has never lasted this long before or been this intense.

We're feeling a little stuck on how to manage this! It's really important that Winnie can eat more. They're usually fine sharing hay/food/water but this isn't possible at the moment so I've made sure there's 2 feeding stations.

We're waiting to hear back re an appointment for Winnie to have her spurs burred, but of course this means a longer procedure and recovery time. I'm really worried that Bramble will be even more territorial after this because they'll need to be separated for a bit while Winnie undergoes treatment.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? It's really hard seeing the pair, who are usually inseparable, acting this way towards each other!! Thank you in advance!!
