Bunnies old enough to leave nest

Do these bunnies look old enough to leave the nest? I’ve been watching them for about a week. I came across the nest and fenced off the yard from my dogs. I’ve been checking on the nest periodically but not touching the bunnies. There was a heavy storm last night so I put a laundry basket over the nest. This morning I found 1 of the bunnies out. After work I checked on the nest and it’s cleared out but 3 of the bunnies are scattered across the yard now. Are they old enough to be out of the nest? They’re not really moving at all
