Has anyone heard of rabbits having Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease (LCPD)?
My young bunny (4 months) started to limp and the xray was shocking to our eyes.. no hip ball joint on his right side.
Our vet suspects LCPD though it's rarely, if not never, reported on rabbits.
Or for any other buns what injured their hip joint, what procedure did you try and how well did it work? I'm reading about Femoral Head and Neck Ostectomy on dogs..
I feel so sorry for my baby and wonder if it's not LCPD and something I did to him to fracture his femoral head.
