Please keep Nova in your thoughts 🩶

hello everyone. my bun nova (grey one) is very sick. she lost a lot of weight, almost half her weight. went to the vet last week and they gave her painkillers and antibiotics. she still wants to eat, but it’s all tiny bites and soft food. which makes me think it might also be her teeth that are hurting. she still wants to go outside too and keeps herself clean. which she didn’t do before the medication, because her back was wet and smelled like urine (the reason why i went to the vet). i am reading so many things online what it could be. so many illnesses have the same symptoms. i am losing my mind. all i know is: her urine suddenly smells really strong. she was peeing outside the litterbox (it was quite high) so i made sure to make it lower so now she can just walk in. ever since, no more peeing next to the litterbox. her urine looks good though, no blood or weird colour, just a very strong smell. vet checked her cervix but didn’t feel anything weird (she is not spayed so i know there’s a high chance she can get cervix cancer). unfortunately nova was around 3/4 years old (previous owner didn’t know for sure) when i adopted her and my vet didn’t recommend to get her spayed at that age. i’m going back on friday and ask for them to make x-rays because i am actually losing my mind on what this actually could be 🙁 i am extra feeding her with critical care oxbow. fortunately she didn’t lose any more weight. i hate seeing her like this. she was never the type of bunny that let me pet her, she would only come to me for food. now she just sits or lays down and doesn’t care if i touch her or not. as i said before, she does still go outside but after a while will just lay down again. she’s just so weak 🙁 please keep nova in your thoughts. i really hope she will make it out of this. i can’t lose her yet 😢
