Rabbit extremely sick don’t know what to do, can’t get to rabbit savvy vet in time

Hi, for anyone wondering, yes I went to the general vet today I had to pay a hefty admission fee but I got meds (antibiotics, metacam, and something for the ear infection) however I am not able to go to a rabbit savvy vet until Saturday because of everything being closed for easter. If I could he'd be under some heavy sleeping meds laying on an operating table to be taken samples of and inspected right now, but unfortunately that's not the world we live in.

Even though I got the meds, I am extremely concerned for his condition as the fluids (which I would assume is lymph leakage from his ear infection) are filling up so fast that I feel like by the time I'll get to Saturday there'll be another bunny growing out of him, after all I only noticed the double chin yesterday and its already grown double in size by then. The worst part is not knowing exactly what is wrong with him, clearly he has an ear infection but on top of that he is now struggling with chewing his food, which makes me wonder if there might be an infection with his teeth too, she did briefly check his mouth but couldn't see too clearly, and its only afterwards I noticed his eating and teeth grinding.

The weirdest thing is besides all of that he seems active and excited for food and is pooping. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this kind of fluid building up, is it as concerning as it looks? I am obviously trying to call everybody I possibly can right now, but if anybody got any insight of this that would be of great help too.
