hi!! i’m a newby bunny owner (have had my bunny since 2/3 weeks ago?). her name’s Chuleta (steak for those who don’t speak spanish) and she’s a super toy kind of bunny, which means she won’t grow much (idk if the race name is the same worldwide).
when she came home, she was extremely fearful. now she seems to enjoy my company and will let me handle her and i find her sometimes looking at me across the room. she will eventually climb on me just to chill while being on my legs or in my chest, but usually goes away if i try to pet her. i try to give her some space and let her get used to me at her own pace.
so my question is, does she know i love her and i want to take of her and not hurt her? how do i gain her trust and love? and how do i know she’s giving me her love back?
