We just got our bunny Bugsy neutered yesterday and noticed some weird behavior. The vet put an e-collar on him and he has not been able to eat or drink easily. Due to this he has not been eating much hay but he has been eating pellets and lettuce as a treat.
We have ordered a soft donut collar for him instead but it is coming in tomorrow.
He has been passing Caecotrophs much more than he had previously and has not had much normal poop today. Is this normal right after neutering?
His behavior seems fairly normal but he is resting quite a bit compared to before.
Not sure what to expect as we have never had a bunny before.
