I was awoken this morning to my rabbits fighting (video included) – I
put them in a small space together after a brief separation but they had another fight (which started as the male was trying to hump) so now I have them separated in side by side pens which I was advised to do by the person who bonded them. After a couple hours I tried them together again but the female was thumping at the male and could see signs of another fight potentially about to happen so I separated them again.
I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this/is going through this and has any advice on repairing the bond- will the separation cause the bond to break and will have to rebond them properly again or will space give them time to get over it and be fine in a few days. Is there anything I can do to help repair the relationship, any advice is greatly appreciated.
