I got out of a meeting and went to give Lavender her usual midday treat, which she is usually very ready for. I didn’t realise girl was having the sickest nap of her life, and scared the living shit out of her when I approached. She sprung up and ran straight into her water bowl, her whole butt was soaked. Still accepted the treat, but has been side-eyeing me ever since. This is obviously not the first time I have horrified her just by existing, but I still feel so bad 😭
