It has now been ten days since Sesame broke his foot, and I am still feeling guilty as ever (I had accidentally stepped on his foot while he was doing his morning figure 8's for breakfast). These have been the longest 10 days ever. He's now down to Metacam once a day, and a splint change every 5 days. We will be taking an X-ray next week to see how his bones are healing. He's a good spirit, so I'm trying to be as well 🙂
He kept getting his splinted foot stuck on his previous litter box so I had purchased this one on Amazon. I hope it works out for him!
