I am absolutely still in shock. We did everything we could to give her the best life possible. It doesn’t feel real.
Her brother, Harry, passed last February. They were in the same litter, clutch, thing. There were no signs of sickness or issues before hand for either of them. We inherited them from family members who were deadly allergic, they got Luna and Harry from Tractor Supply. I wonder if something was wrong from the get go and we just didn’t know or never would have.
I am going to stop following this subreddit for a bit. Losing our second and last rabbit just over a year apart…it’s…a lot.
