Booking his surgery tomorrow to remove a large tumour from his rump. I already reached out once about it but I am absolutely terrified for him and can’t calm down

Here he is being 10x braver than me and taking his trimethoprim like an absolute champ. Meanwhile I am in tears lmao. I am so scared he will get sick before surgery due to his meds and then not wake up from the anesthesia and his last few days will be filled with confusion, an upset stomach and not knowing why things are happening to him. Mind you, he is doing excellently so far and is still eating and drinking water and pooping…i just can’t chase the worst case scenarios out of my head and I hate hate HATE that he has this tumour. I wish I could take it away from him without all of the drama. <\3

I’ll likely be posting about this one more time when he goes in and then hopefully posting about being anxious during his recovery.
