Our rabbits actually feel very safe with us and aren’t afraid of us. However, they are still quite jumpy when it comes to noises and sometimes sudden movements. They didn’t come from a good home, so for a long time we gave them a lot of space, love and calm so they could slowly learn to trust us.
Now we’re at the point where they’re not really scared of us anymore, but they’re also not super interested in our presence… unless there’s food involved lol.
Whenever we sit on the floor, they come over, sniff us for a moment and then hop away again.
Today we tried something new for the first time: spending time with them in a closed room so they had no other option but to interact with us haha.

We’re really happy with the progress and hope that, over time, they’ll realize how much they mean to us. 🐰❤️
