So I know rabbits don’t typically like being picked up because they’re prey animals. But mine never struggles to get down when being held. If I sit with him on my lap and keep my hands loosely around him – kinda like making a comfy bed for him – he doesn’t leave that spot, even tho he truly could if he wanted.
I’ve been trying to read on rabbit body language. But I’ve read conflicting things about what it means for a rabbit’s ears to go straight back (his ears always go against his back when being held) I included a picture and maybe someone can help read his body language.
