Castration advice please

So this boy who loves to sleep in his litter 🙄 like he doesn’t have 5 soft clean beds to sleep on 🙄 got refused to be castrated by his current vet practice. He is guilty of trying to hump my cats- research says it is normal behaviour (my 2 previous rabbits did that to toys and cats prior castration too). Vet said no he won’t make it because that is a STRESS sign. He is happy, does binkies, zoomies, eats, drinks, comes for pets and plays a lot and relaxes and sleeps usually stretched out or in a litter lol. No other medical conditions. I just think they said it because current vet practice does not have rabbit experiences surgeon. I have contacted exotic animal practice and they said we will do it no problem and are super surprised current vet refused (they think like me that they don’t have experienced enough vet there). Should I use them for the op? I can’t remove him from current vets as with subscription for only £10.99 i have booster vaccs free and consultations 2 per year free and 4 with nurse for clipping nails and teeth check etc.
