Severe vestibular distress

My 2 yr old rabbit has e cuniculi. I noticed that he was wobbling and I immediately sent him to the ER . He did develop head tilt on the way there. Prior to that night he had some stress from getting his teeth trimmed, and just in general some flare up with his upper respiratory infection not pasturella related. He was on three doses of baytril prior to me finding him wobbly. The first four days on pancur tretasment was terrible . He was going through some severe vestibular distress. His rolling was uncontrollable. I would leave him on the floor sideways and even while having a grip on him, he still rolled uncontrollably. We went to the ER for the second time and the doctor prescribed gabapentin on top of his mezcline , metacom which is super important btw if anyone is going through this , and ofc the pancur . The doctor also did do a. I forgot if it was SQ fluids with a pain med or if it was an IV but regardless, she did do a painkiller with a sedative I’m giving all this information in case someone clicks on this one day and is going through the exact same thing .

Fast forward to now and we are done with the 28 day. well, his rolling has substantially improved. He still does roll . his head. Tilt is still pretty bad. I’m going to the doctor tomorrow for his last bloodwork and asked some questions on what to do from moving forward now. If anyone has any comments, I would love to hear their experience and overall, I would love to hear if acupuncture might be a good option another big one is that I heard from online that some vets extend the 28th course again I would love to hear anyone’s comments on this overall I just want him to have a good remainder of his life. He is two years old and I would love to see him hop. Eventually I understand the nerves do take time to heal. It does take time for himto stop being nauseous. I also forgot to mention he still has one eye closed if that makes any difference.
