Summary: I put an ad for 3 of my little bunnies (I am donating them in reality, but put a very small price, exactly to avoid this kinds of people, which as you can see, hasn't worked out), they came from an accidental litter of my bunnies. This guy messages me and asks if I can deliver them to his house, and I said that I will think (he is 80km away, used to live in that city) asked him if he wants to keep them in house, as I am donating them, but only to the right person, they will stay with me until then. He answers that he has 30 bunnies and will keep them in cages in a room, then I told him he is a breeder, which I won't give them to, and I prefer to give them to the right person who wants them as pets. Then the shitshow began, he told me he has "Living conditions, 1x1m cages, they don't stay in crammed cages" then he drops me these photos, Vegetable Crates??? Really??? Outside on snow stacked one on another? I don't know if I ever seen conditions this bad, not to mention he also feeds them corn on the cob? (I know people usually find later that corn is NOT good for bunnies, but having these many and you don't know?) Certified Moron, I ended by "Joking although pissed af" saying that they have all the space in the world as they live in my room, to which he replied, where do they relieve themselves, like I didn't mention in the ad that they are all litter trained (which I did). Ill be honest, I am not the greatest bunny owner ever, I am too lazy to clean up sometimes, and I have kept Lola (bunnies' mom) in a cage for far longer than I would've liked (she is getting spayed in a week and a half, talked with the vet, ill do an appointment on monday, this was a temporary solution, in about 4 weeks after she heals, she will freeroam forever) but, she has enough space to run, she stays in my room which is ventilated and temperature controlled, and my other bunnies, freeroam (the little girl bunny I left with her for now, to avoid another accidental litter), I feel like I have been a great owner after seeing this. I wish I could do something about that guy's bunnies, but he has no real name, address or phone number to be able to report him, if anyone has any idea, please let me know. As for my bunnies, if anyone lives in Romania, Bacau/Neamt/Iasi area and is interested, let me know, I can even deliver them to you if you are not too far away, completely free, I just want to see them getting loving owners. Also before this, I got a message from another guy, which from the first message I realized he is a breeder, and I confronted him and he said he is not, he wants them as pets to keep in house, I checked his profile before he said that, guess what, breeder that keeps bunnies outside, although small scale, and much better conditions, but still, I don't wanna give them to breeders. Part of the problem why I keep getting these people is because the platform (Olx) changed my ad from "Other types of pets" to farm animals, and I can't do nothing about that, I will contact them on monday.
