Today I finally got Lyra neutered! I had to wait a bit longer than I would’ve liked because of how small he is, and even now there was a higher risk of death due to his size. I was stressing all day but luckily he was fine and is now home! Doesn’t seem very pleased though, he’s just sat at the back of his cage side eyeing me. I also got him microchipped and a he got a nail trim while he was there. I’m so proud of him, he’s such a brave boy.
I was wondering if there was anything specific I could do to help him be more comfortable and happy as he recovers? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
