What do we think Pippin is? A silver marten or otter?
He is five and a half years old, and I adopted him in June 2025. His ears are a little tattered from an old injury, but the humane society didn't know what happened to him. I had a friend tell me today that he thinks Pip is a silver marten, and I know they're quite rare, but even if he is not one, I still love my special little guy.
The lights in my apartment are pretty warm, but the last pic is in 100% daylight, so you can see he's a little more white than tan. I'm not sure if that's just because of age or not, though. I just assumed he was a little bit frosty since he's on the older side.
