we've had our little man for almost three weeks now, and while he's interested in and affectionate with everyone in the household (bonding has been a breeze; he's a social butterfly,) it's become apparent he has a singular favorite: the dog.
if our border collie is lying on the ground, the bunny longs to be on him, touching him, or flopped right beside him. bunny enjoys performing zoomies and binkies directly in front of the dog, and the dog enjoys snuffle time where he snuffs and puffs and snoots the bun's fur in some faux-grooming session. i keep jokingly telling the dog, "you're a momma now, boy. you've got responsibilities" because the imprinting seems so deeply run.
