The attached photo is my sweet bunny ruby, who was randomly given to me one day after my older sister made an impulsive purchase with no research. Since then she’s always been a free roam in my room and I made sure to do as much research as I could. (Shes two years old now!)
I’m curious to know if anyone has some interesting stories about how they got their bunny ? Or any in general?
Im just curious because I love talking about my bun and hearing about others bunnies!

My sister visited her husband’s dad’s cousin and they had a very sweet bunny, their daughter started studying for her degree and her parents weren’t willing to socialize with her. She came back everyday but the bunny ended up being alone in her room most of the day. When they heard my family has experience with bunnies (it was a few months after we lost our bunny Nava) they asked my sister if she wants her and we ended up taking her in.
Her name is Ariel and she loves getting cuddled and chewing fabric

i got mine on impulse too, i was like 13 and went to the shop w my dad to buy fish stuff, i saw a big black rabbit alone in a small glass box and i begged my dad if i could have him lol, i fucked up his diet at the start and he got poopy butt smh but recovered quickly after fixing it
