Ever since I got him, some time at night (after 1 AM), he goes to sleep in a particular corner of his play-pen that's far from food. He stays there until late mornings. I did put a bowl of water near this corner, but only after observing this behavior. If I put the large Chewy box (one of his hideouts) at this corner instead, then he briefly sleeps at the same position inside the box, but seems anxious & is unable to get much sleep.
However, sometimes, I find him in a hunched position instead of being in a loaf position, so I'm not sure if he's in some kind of discomfort. He never flops there although he flops elsewhere.
