Are some buns more susceptible to gi stasis?

I’ve had Astro for 8 months now and she’s had gi stasis 3 times. She’s only 3 lbs, she gets 2 tablespoons of pellets, unlimited water and Timothy hay and a cup of leafy greens every day – and the occasional little chunk of fruit for treats. The vet says she’s otherwise healthy. Feels like I’m doing it right? So, I’m wondering if some buns just tend to get it more?
