Photo for attention. Hi all, we recently moved my rabbit, Blu, into a new run. Just before we moved him we started to notice he was peeing places he never normally would because he is litter trained. We think he may be incontinent and it’s not a (complete) behavioural thing. We’re taking him to the vets but as it may be a permanent thing I want to look into some good flooring. We have a waterproof flooring so it doesn’t reach the carpet but we have filled it with mats and blankets for him to sit on so he’s not on the cold floor. But he keeps peeing on them and we’re having to wash them everyday which isn’t sustainable for us and it’s really smelling the room up and he’s never smelled that bad before. Are there any types of floorings or mats that can soak up pee and perhaps not start to smell right away? We just don’t want to be washing stuff everyday.
