False Bonds in Does?

Hello! I just brought home two beautiful girls, about 4-5 months old now. I adopted my first rabbit when he was an adult, and he was already fixed by the time I got him, so I could use some advice on these lovely ladies.

These girls are not littermates, but were kept together at the rescue. They seem to get along very well with each other for now, but I know this is likely a "false bond" or baby bond and there is a countdown here where their hormones will really kick in.

I'm definitely going to get them spayed, but I was wondering if I should separate them now and go through the bonding process after they've been spayed? Or is it okay to wait, and not separate them unless they show signs of aggression?
