Hello! First time posting here, but I have a 5yr neutered male bunny named Roscoe. I adopted him about 2.5 months ago and he has pretty good litter habits. Recently he has peed over by a closet in my hallway on vinyl plank floors. Immediately I wipe it up, stick it in his litter box and then fully clean it.
If I block the specific spot off, then he will just go to the next closest spot. If I block the whole vinyl plank off, then he doesn’t pee there. Recently I have blocked the whole hallway off just so I am not constantly cleaning the hallway, but it significantly reduces his running space as I am in a 1 bedroom apartment.
Is it possible that the pee is slipping underneath the vinyl plank floors? If so, do I just accept that he can’t go over there anymore?
I have attached a picture of the menace.

Have you cleaned with an enzyme cleaner? The pet ones are inexpensive and remove all scents. Vinegar and other cleaners don’t remove the full scent.
Just put the litter box in that spot
