due to the nature of my job I had to take this adorable bunny home last minute, literally started the day bunny free and ended the day with this bundle of joy.
I’ve had him 4 days and he’s a perfect bun, he’s so cuddly, affectionate, showing positive behaviours and has litter trained himself within 2 days. (He has also only destroyed 2 cables 😂) he’s not picky with his daily herbs and food either.
I’ve started free roam training him and have an adorable hutch on the way for him so have his own little safe space away from us if he ever gets tired of his constant cuddles and kisses.
I’ve only ever had dogs as pets and currently have a lizard. I never imagined having a rabbit and from what ive researched I think I’ve hit the jackpot with his temperament and behaviours.
Despite all this, I’m struggling to id his breed. He’s 1 year old and very tiny compared to most rabbits I’ve seen so im assuming he is some sort of dwarf rabbit 🐰. If anyone has any ideas please let me know, I think I’ll be able to improve his care if I know his specific breed.
Also even though I’m doing constant research for his care, I’d love any care tips from long time bunny owners. First hand experience is always more valuable than an article.
