For context, I’ve had Bucky for about a year now. He used to be a breeding barn bunny.
Yesterday, we picked up a new bunny, Biscuit, and he’s just about 10 weeks old.
We have lots of training to do with him, but the breeder already got him in litter training.
This is the setup I have made for the bunnies. Neither are neutered.
Bucky is being territorial (pooping and peeing for marking) and sometimes scratching at the divider towards Biscuit throughout the day and night. Biscuit hasn’t flinched when Bucky does so, but I’m not sure if Bucky’s actions are simply just territorial or they could be aggressive or not.
It’s to my understanding that I’ll have this divider up for a while, but any tips on how to acclimate Bucky to Biscuit any quicker (with or without getting them neutered)?
