Bunny

New bunny , need advice

Hello everyone!
New here, this is my first post. I will try to keep this as short as possible.
So, we got a bunny from a petstore (we live in the eu). The people there were not really knowledgeable, they knew nothing about bunnies. We got a light brown one with one ear dropped (lop or half lop). The petstore guys said that the ears are down because it is still young and that they will rise eventually, yeah, that was actually said. Anyway, the same day my sister got a chinchilla from that store and it turned out it was sick, it's health deteriorated rapidly and it passed away in less than 48 hours. The above started ringing some bells and very soon we had to face some situations. The bunny was very energetic from the beginning, poop normal, small round dry and in total it seemed like a healthy bunny, with appetite and curiosity. It was also very wanting of pets. All these were good signs at first. Then, two days later, poop started getting stuck on his rear bottom, then the fur starting becoming dirty and then mild diarrhea. We got him to a vet, gave him 2 injections, and suggested oxbow digestive support for 7 days. During that night I fed him with the syringe every 2-3 hours with oxbow critical care. The next day, poop was all better , meanwhile attitude thankfully remained great and by the end of next day everything seemed good. Two things worry me. I have noticed him do a thing with his head since we got him. It's been 11 days since we got him and I have seen him do a small bopping motion with his head for a few seconds, like 5-10 times, then stops and keeps on with his usual business. Doctor said that if it was neurological he would display other symptoms and he doesn't. What do you think?
Also, this happened twice, during early in the night he has left a couple of poop that looked like many small poop stuck together, they had some humidity (not moist but not completely dry as usual) and they were a bit soft. Then he keeps leaving around normal poop. Is that a sign of something? Should we be worried?
We found out that it is probably a male, weight 250 grams, so age around 4-5 weeks and probably that's why the digestive problems emerged.
