Rabbit won’t stop peeing in 1 spot on bed

My rabbit just recently turned 4 months and until now had only peed in his hutch except a couple of accidents on my bed.
But now he's started CONSTANTLY peeing in the same spot on my bed no matter what I do. Change blankets? Immediately pissed on. Vinegar spray? Immediately pissed on. Scold him? Clap loudly? Shout no? He ignores it entirely. Lock him up? He literally starts eating the wood of his hutch and slams the bars for 20+ minutes, then immediately pisses on the bed again once let out.

I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow to see if he's able to be castrated yet, but I know that won't guarantee him stopping.
I've had to wash my duvet and several other blankets nearly 7 days IN A ROW. I'm exhausted and feel like I'm losing my mind. Is there any way to deter/stop this behaviour?

He's free roam in my room near 24/7 but I'm unable to let him out in the whole house as I live with roommates and they also have pets. I hate having to lock him in his hutch even temporarily as a form of scolding but I really don't know what options there are

To be honest there isn’t much you can do. Eventually I just had to kick them out of my room because there were always 2 wet spots in the same place whenever I went in there (I have two rabbits). I read somewhere that it’s because your bed smells strongly of you so they want to make it smell like them too. I have seen people recommend a water proof blanket to go over the top, but I haven’t tried it.

  3. My first rabbit stopped peeing on my bed when I got my second rabbit.

My bunny has a very specific ‘I’m peeing’ face she makes and I have about .5 seconds to get to her before the flood gates open.

What about those child rail guards that you can get so a child doesn’t fall out of bed? A couple air mattress that you float on at the beach, the cheap ones, clipped to the top of bed. A clear plastic heavy paint drop cloth.

This is marking behavior. Once he’s neutered he will stop peeing and pooping outside his litter box
