My girlfriend and I have moved in together and have started the introduction of our two boy rabbits.
I thought everyone might like some cute photos of the process currently. It's been a few days and it's been mostly good. Switching pens and no snapping at each other through the bars.
They had their first meeting outside of the room this morning and it was 50/50. Good at first with them sitting next to each other whilst they ate…then Mozzy (the younger lighter one) started getting pushy and tried to mount. That didn't go well and it went a bit further than I was comfortable with fighting and fur everywhere…luckily no blood. I separated them and they're back to sitting near each other in the separate cages.
I have to remind myself that it's going to take lots of time and it's a really good start with expected road bumps.
Now the four cats we're trying to make no hate each other…that's a whole other adventure…
