Ive heard a few times and even seen some pet areas charts where they say ears a a no no for rabbits, alongside tail and belly, he absolutely does not let me touch his belly, but he doesn't really dislike tail rubs, and he most definitely loves ear rubs, sometimes I hit a spot that itches or tickles him and he shakes his head but he goes into "pet me, human" as soon as I grab his ears, he's a bit of a diva but loves attention and even demands me to continue scratching lol
