Hi Bun Mums and Dads.
I've adopted my Boys Gojo and Geto at the same time this year and they really got along well, but I've read that they will start fighting as soon as the hormones kick, so I asked my pet doc to early neuter them, but they said they wouldn't unless their testicals came out. So I separated them for a few days when they got out to avoid fights and I wanted to reintroduce them as soon as they are off the hormones after neutering (They always had visual contact through a gate, I just separated their free-roam zones during the hormone phase for like 8 weeks) mind you, these are my first bunnies so please don't be mean. After neutering and hormone-off time I tried to put them together in a neutral place but they bit each other bloody (Geto hat a big bite on the nose and Gojo on the foot) the second they spotted each other. Then I read on the Internet that it would be better to separate them for two weeks without any sight of eachother and try it again. These to weeks are due now and I'm really scared they could hurt each other again or even worse this time. Gojo (white) is very dominant, aggressive and territorial (he bites when I stop petting him for more, also he doesn't let anyone but me into the bedroom, he growls and kicks at strangers). Geto on the other hand is a chill guy who gives out kisses to everyone, his Nickname is also Yoshi cause he be like "blem blem blem", he stays in the living room. I want them both in the living room at night and freeroam the whole apartment at days, since Gojo is terrorizing me all night long Now I wanted to ask for some tips, so we can have a good reintroducement without the big fights. I only have these two rooms and my Bathroom is too small and dangerous. Geto is about 6 months old and Gojo about 5 months. I don't have a problem with buying new toilets and new toys for them, but it should be planned well, so I thought I'll ask here if anyone has
the experience to help us with.
