Does anyone else’s bun specifically HATE their bun cam?
Mine doesn’t chew anything ever, he never displays interest in anything besides occasionally nudging my teddy bears and my phone relentlessly with his nose, he won’t play with toys, he’s totally disinterested in everything that’s not food in our home. However, he will knock down, drag, nudge, and tug on the bun cam anytime it’s near him or I try to set it up. Today, he dragged it all the way under the bed with him.
I don’t believe his singular brain cell is capable of understanding what it is, so does anybody have any ideas as to why he does this? Does anyone else’s bun do this?
He’s totally indifferent to my cell phone charger and any other wire/wired object in the house, he’s totally indifferent to his surroundings in general. He’s offended by the camera whether it’s plugged in or not, so I don’t think it’s emitting any frequency or electrical pulse he can hear. It’s been this way since I found him 11 months ago. I did recently buy him a taller dish for his pellets that he flipped repeatedly throughout the day but, he stopped that as soon as I switched back to the tiny treat jar lid I had previously been using to feed him pellets. He is now back to ignoring the lid other than grazing pellets out of it.
It boggles my mind. Why does my bun cam offend him so? Why must he interfere with my ability to watch him like the obsessed & desperate bun mom that I am? Why must he choose violence on the bun cam every day?
