Pellets for a 6 month old Rabbit

Hello, I’m nervous to post here. I’m a new rabbit owner.
Does the type of pellets I feed to my rabbit really matter that much? I have a soon to be 6 months old holland lop and she finished her bag of pellets I got her from the pet store which were alfalfa based. I ended up recently buying a 20lbs bag of the dumor classic diet rabbit food. She gets unlimited alfalfa hay and soon I will be switching her over to Timothy hay, and feeding her less pellets and more veggies. But for pellets I feel like the info conflicts especially since most of what I see available around me is alfalfa pellets. Also it’s confusing to know when exactly she needs a completely adult diet. I see a lot of people say switch at 6 months, but the back of the oxbow adult rabbit food says to give to rabbits at one year and above. Should I return the dumor and get something Timothy based instead or is it okay to keep the pellets I just bought her? Thank you in advance. The dumor food has alfalfa as one of the first few ingredients.
