Rabbit

Lone bunny appears to be thriving after losing his companion. Is he happy to have us to himself, or is he overcompensating for the loss of affection he got from the other bunny? We were going to replace his friend right away, but now we aren’t sure.

It was so hard to bond him years ago with an old male bunny and I’m tentative to try again. Punky was supposed to be a female, but alas, mistakes were made and we needed to bond 2 unrelated fixed males.

He has never seen the inside of a cage, loves warm laundry, nose pets and bananas, but still has the NERVE to look this cute while not wanting to be picked up. Life is so unfair.

TLDR: does this little muffin enjoy being an only rabbit or would adopting a female be better? I just want what’s best for him. Tyia!
