Dwarf won’t eat hay

I have this problem with my dwarf and he’s just been to the vet to find out he has not been eating his hay, in fact he’s been stashing it in areas of the house which made me think he’s was
🙁 we’ve tried toys, every hay you can think of and he still won’t eat it. For a bit putting some critical care on the end of the hay worked but now he’s savvy to it and sucks the stuff off and leaves the hay 😭 we’re not his first owners sadly and the last two did not give him hay because he turns his head away and straight up runs from alfalfa hay like it’s the plague. We’ve tried mixing the hay into his pellets, cutting it up small and giving that way, nope. I’ve tried forage mixes in it and he won’t touch it still and if we cut pellets back he will waste away and simply wait for more pellets. We are at a loss, he’s got a follow up at the vet this week and I already told them the critical care on the hay was working but it’s not anymore. What do I do? He has never chewed anything besides the wood in his cage which has lead to his chipping his molar because he likes to lift the ramp and chew the support beam to try and get it out of his way. Any advice is appreciated we are scrambling to figure out how to get more hay in his diet because he very much needs it 🙏
