Hi all, I brought Miso home just about a month ago and started him in my bedroom as a smaller area to get comfortable. I live in a small one bedroom apartment so all I had to do was expand to the living room/kitchen. I’d like his home base to be in the living room as I’d prefer his litter not near my bed… despite it not smelling too much.
2 days ago I moved his home base to the living room. He has proper flooring to explore comfortably but he’s clearly more tense and doesn’t explore much. He was a lot more confident and happy in my bedroom and I know he’d stay in there if he could.
Should I give him more time to become comfortable or let his home base be in my room…
