So yesterday at a 6 year olds bday party, the dad came over with a small box and towel. Inside were 3 bunnies. He had found them in a hole in the yard that was being floooded by the water slides they had set up. They were cold but alive. By the end of the party, they were warm. We put them in a small hand towel back in the hole hours after turning the water off. We covered them with dry grass and put two small twigs with an X over them. She just checked today and they are still alive, but the X was not touched. Any thoughts? Just leave them as is for how long? We are guessing they’re a week old as their eyes weren’t open but they had fur on them.
