Hello! Carrot was adopted back in february, he unfortunately has already been through some ups and downs with me! I got him when me and my ex lived together, and now that i’ve separated from him, Carrots personality has finally started to shine! The only issue is: he’s so bad about using the litter box. I’ve tried everything: training him not to sit on furniture, multiple litter boxes throughout my house, spraying certain areas with vinegar, placing his food near his litter box. He’ll have his good moments, and then he’ll have his bad (constantly peeing on visitors when HE crawls into their laps). i attempted to use the bunny diapers, but it had absolutely no luck as i felt immense guilt stressing him out. i just ordered some new toys in hopes that this poor behavior is from boredom….please someone tell me they’ve had similar issues and corrective actions they took! for reference: we have no clue how old Carrot is, i’ve been told he’s between 1-2 years old! he is free roam mostly during the day, has constant supply of hay, pellets, and water with multiple veggies.
